Mission Control wrote this in the early evening:
Welcome all creative citizens. Here we will discuss basic questions of the Project so that you can meet the people involved should you wish to join us. This community is nonpartisan and free-spirited. By involving yourself, you agree to be conscious of your behavior and follow common sense impulses to respect your community members. Well, you know what I mean
